Using traveloka, I stay in deluxe type room , room is very old, bad smell come from bathroom and dirty also, towel is also not white anymore, I try to change the room but not allowed by receptionist, the reason because other better room i think is better is for long stay?? The Pool was large, clean and new.
The hotel room has been renovated and clean, but I found many big ants in bathroom and bedroom. The food taste was average but the prices are very expensive.
I was shocked to look at the price of fried banana snack IDR We didn't stay at the hotel, but in the villas that were part of hotel management. We stayed to celebrate NYE, and it was not a good experiences. You could hear the noises so loud from people who turned on the music so loud. We also had to walk a few hundred meters to the beach. But the villa was clean, the rooms were spacious. You could cook your own meal.
In the high peak season, it is recommended to cook by yourself, or you have to wait hours for your meal in the restaurant for it is so crowded.
This place has a simple yet attractive website that post beautiful photos about rooms and its facilities, but unfortunately there are many things that I found completely different with what is posted on the website. You can tell that the chairs, TV, bathroom came from 50 years ago. One thing that I appreciated that this place have a good restaurant comply with 3 star hotel yes, I intentionally wrote 3 stars hotel even though they claimed they are 4 star.
